    To develop relationships with resilient customers by creating a personalized experience that brings awareness of Mohawk’s capabilities and solutions to their purchasing needs.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    50%

    • Conduct facility tours of the Dalton Resilient plant (in conjunction with marketing)
    • Conduct product overviews of commercial resilient products.
    • Represent Mohawk Group Commercial Hard Surface Resilient at customer dinners and events.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and merchandising materials for commercial hard surface.
    • Manage project workflows as assigned by Product Management
    • Develop communication materials for marketing in conjunction with Product Management and Marketing.
    • Assist Product Management with the development of training materials.
    • Maintain current information on technical specification and installation.

    Qualifications

    • Four-year college degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
    • Two-year degree and five plus years of job specific work experience combined with equivalent training/education to successfully perform the essential functions of the job required.
    • Knowledge of marketing concepts and business operating procedures desired.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency level in the following areas: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, DIVER, SFA, business writing concepts and techniques.
    • Become fully rated on Dalton facility safety guidelines.

    • Ability to exercise good judgment, problem solving ability and resourcefulness in a team-based environment.
    • Ability to lead and manage an internal project team.
    • Ability to work independently, set priorities, handle multiple tasks with concentration, speed, and accuracy to meet deadlines.
    • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and the ability to maintain corporate standards and professionalism.
    • Ability to coordinate diverse support functions requiring exceptional organizational skills
    • Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
