    Responsible for lead duties related to price order maintenance and pricing system maintenance.  Responsible for checking and assigning work as well as making recommendations for process improvements to junior team members and management.  Enhanced skill and ability to explain more complex and non-routine matters to ensure internal customers are serviced with great care and professionalism.

    This position provides support, reporting, innovation, process improvement and execution pertaining to (but not limited to) pricing. Partner with Operations, Sales, and IS teams specific to projects, processes, and support.




    • Performs lead duties that include but is not limited to orientating, training, assigning and checking the work of lower level pricing clerks
    • Implement effective processes and controls at the transactional level to stay in compliance with audit
    • System innovation & implementation to innovate with technology
    • Expedite non-standard orders; assists in accelerating sales approval workflow
    • May be required to adjust daily work requirements of lower level pricing clerks
    • Research price related issues related to both order and system failures, and create plan of action for continuous improvement process.
    • Review reports and conduct pricing audits to verify transactions/processing accuracy
    • Enter new product pricing and make any modifications to existing product pricing using established guidelines
    • Verify customer information, price, style name and number then, add, delete, or modify price information
    • Interface with sales force and product management regarding pricing issues to determine what is required to process orders
    • Ensure excellent customer service. Respond to sales force needs consistent with Company standards, culture, and business practices
    • Assist with strategic initiatives, system platforms, and process innovations
    • Assist with opportunities related to business activities and perform research for special projects as assigned
    • Assist with price increase implementation; system & tactical
    • Own data integrity and find inconsistencies

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalency required and a minimum of 3 years related work experience required with exposure to a pricing administration and/or customer service environment.
    • Basic Computer Skills: in word-processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Word, Excel AS400, Inet, & Electronic mail) required.
    • Ability to learn documented instructions and/or maintain current knowledge of Company brands and products information, department procedures, practices, standards, etc
    • Ability to exercise good judgment, problem solving ability and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines
    • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve business issues through solution-oriented projects.
    • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal customers
    • Ability to maintain corporate standards and professionalism.
