    Responsibilities

    Provides new hire commercial sales Account Executive onboarding support.  Ensures all aspects of in-person training events, on-line training, & mentorship program for the Commercial Sales Division are scheduled, coordinated, measured, and supported.

    • 50%: Assists in creating training modules; for both online and in-person training courses working with various department subject matter experts.
    • 20%: Arranges training agendas, coordinates travel and prepares meeting materials and other needs for various commercial sales training events and pro onsite support for training weeks.
    • 15%: Measures key milestones from new hire assessments and identifies needed follow up training
    • 10%: Ensures new hire Account Executives complete assigned LMS activities for training pre-work and tracks mentorship program.
    • Perform related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.

    One year experience in Sales Office Environment

    Basic Computer Skills in word-processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required)

     

    • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively work with internal and external customers
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts, policies and procedures
    • Ability to work with all levels of vendors, clients, and other external and internal contacts.
    • Strong Organizational skills
