    1st Shift


    Materials Planner is responsible for support of the production or source planning of all Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and Cushioned Vinyl (CV) for the IVC US operation raw materials.   He/she will be responsible and accountable for the coordination between the Raw Material Buyer and the production team to ensure optimal production efficiency and controlling working capital.

    • Gathers accurate information related to short-term raw material needs by analysing future production schedules and understanding historical usage.
    • Frequent verification of raw material inventory and audit of usage and receipt postings to ensure that system stock is correctly reflected by quantities on hand.
    • Develop systems the ensure 99% inventory accuracy through cycle counting and other methods
    • Communication with creative and marketing departments to understand upcoming new products or commercial initiatives that may have specific raw material requirements.
    • Close coordination with the Raw Material Buyer to make sure that purchases of raw materials can be done in a timely manner, taking into consideration lead-time and working capital constraints.
    • Willing to take on additional relevant responsibilities as needed.


    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
    • At least 3 years’ experience in planning of industrial processes ( continuous processes)
    • Or equivalent combination of education and training to provide the necessary knowledge skills, and abilities to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
    • Ability to balance multiple task and prioritize business requirements
    • Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
    • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
    • Analytical, good with numbers
