    This position provides internal financial analysis and reporting. This role is responsible for complex and interpretive financial analysis. It provides periodic reports and special analysis for management.

    • Prepare monthly and quarterly analytics and overviews of financial performance.
    • Prepare Quarterly Board Book and Investor Relations Financial presentations.
    • Manage the monthly forecast preparation of the Company.
    • Assist with development of ad hoc reporting and analysis. This includes using data from all segments including Corporate requirements and data.  Analyses are likely to include:  analysis of trend data, interpretation of data and provide recommendations; ability to reach across a diverse Accounting groups to obtain data.
    • Prepare Corporate Capex Review.
    • Assist in the preparation of the annual strategic plan.
    • Assist with the preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports filed with the SEC, including the preparation of financial statement and disclosures included in management’s discussion and analysis.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance. Emphasis on analysis preferred.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
    • Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Smartview Excel Add-in is highly desired.
    • Previous reporting and forecasting experience.
    • Good oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills; ability to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment and diplomacy when interacting with internal and external customers, and senior management. The ability to communicate with others in antagonistic situations using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to maintain professionalism in accordance with corporate standards
    • Consulting skills which move beyond adherence to analytical tools and methodologies; the ability to “think outside the box” generate alternative solutions for consideration, provide comprehensive risk/benefit analysis on those alternatives, and ability to present this information in a way that establishes rapport, gains understanding and persuades others.
    • Ability and willingness to accept responsibility, willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions, including the persistence and willingness to take calculated risk, to stimulate, market and sell new ideas within the organization
    • Ability to perform in a high pressure environment and/or crisis situation and maintain safety and ensure adherence to Corporate Code of Conduct
