    This Maintenance and Facility Supervisor will work with existing plants to ensure we have a cost effective infrastructure and equipment.  This is a highly responsible and visible position within the corporation reporting to the Facility Manager or Engineering Manager.  The Maintenance Supervisor will develop and maintain the work plans for the shared and support functions of CV, LVT, and Distribution footprint.  This is a fast paced environment and the candidate must have a high sense of urgency. 


    • Participate in executing strategy to support TPM and Maintenance Excellence Strategies at the plant.
    • Breakdown maintenance and protocol.
    • Preventive Maintenance
    • Supply room and spare parts strategy
    • Building and expanding work order system in SAP
    • Participate in planning and scheduling programs to support the entire facility.
    • Scope includes the facility production equipment and infrastructure for plant assigned to include PIV’s, Building and Grounds, Chillers, Incinerators, Boilers, Compressed Air, and Fire Suppression.
    • Would also help oversee the utility reduction activities and reduce KWH cost/unit year over year.
    • Help manage relationship with Janitorial and Security.
    • Participate in Environmental Activity to ensure regulatory compliance.


    • Technical Degree or adequate experience in related field
    • At least 10 years of progressive experience in Maintenance
    • Must have expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, boilers, hot oil systems, chiller plants, process systems, etc.
    • Must be able to perform mechanical calculations such as rotational torques, superposition calculations, load reductions, and thermal transfer
    • Experience in continuous processes
    • Must be able to work on a cross functional team to design and implement continuous improvement projects
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work flexible hours
    • Able to work under pressure and in a stressful environment
    • Able to manage projects utilizing all available resources to meet budgets and deadlines
    • Must be able to troubleshoot issues and solve problems independently
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong team player with an ability to be hands on when necessary

    • Travel may be required occasionally

      Nonessential Skills and Experience:

    • MS Project a plus, but not required
    • SAP experience a plus (Will Be Required to Learn)
