    Responsibilities

    This position coordinates duties within the VIS, Design, and Solutions Departments and serves as primary point of contact with customers and sales reps regarding VIS and Solutions scheduling outputs. 

     

    • Receive inputs and interprets information from request forms, emails and/or CRM Navigator
    • Schedule jobs for VIS Team and/or Solutions Department in the AS400
    • In coordination with the Department Mgr., manages day to day operations against our Service Level Agreements
    • Communicate job information between Design, VIS and Solutions teams to ensure proper information regarding installation layouts
    • Communicate with customers and sales agents on pattern and installation issues
    • Primary point of contact regarding the progress of specific jobs within the VIS or Planning and Estimating Department
    • Respond to concerns pertaining to job(s)
    • Email/Mail outputs directly to clients
    • Maintain project files, file paperwork and perform other administrative duties as necessary
    • Setup and Processing of Field Verification Requests
    • Perform data entry into AS400

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED required
    • 3-5 years of progressively responsible job specific experience or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Navigator, Outlook, AS400, Word, and Excel.
    • Intermediate to advanced understanding of the VIS guidelines and rules (pattern limitations, pricing upcharges, color limitation, platform mins. Etc.)
    • Intermediate to advanced understanding of the Solutions Department guidelines and rules (pattern limitations, pricing upcharges, color limitation, platform mins. Etc.)
    • Understanding of the Solutions Support Specialist Position, working knowledge of the estimating and quoting processes

     

    • High degree of skill and ability to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Strong analytical and planning skills; combined with the ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet the organizational goal.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization.
    • Efficient and productive work habits with minimal supervision to work within established deadlines.
    • Demonstrates teamwork to ensure achievement of team, individual, and corporate sales goals.
    • Extremely detail oriented.
